Jennifer explains, “Leading with empathy, I seek to fully understand each person’s situation and experience, and offer a ‘no shame, no blame’ approach to clients and the issues that brought them to therapy. Starting in the first session, I ask questions and listen carefully to clarify factors contributing to a person’s challenges, and to highlight strengths and resources that can help the client reach their goals.”

She offers daytime and some evening appointments, in person and/or by teletherapy. She encourages new clients to start by attending in-person sessions to establish a strong therapeutic connection.
